I grew up near Carcross in the Yukon and already as a young boy I learned to work with leather and wood. While I served for the US Army in Germany I started my business 1989 under the name "Beaver Mountain Traders" and changed it into "Beaver Mountain Works" when I came back to Canada in 1993.
Since 2002 "Beaver Mountain Works" has been doing business as Leather Mark Saddlery for the saddlery and leather products, while the living history, giftware, wood, steel, canvas and textile products stayed in Beaver Mountain Works.
We create quality leather products, each item is handmade using top quality materials.
Our products are created with great pride, using traditional methods and each piece exhibits a genuine uniqueness. Our specialty is being service orientated to our clients by offering custom work to meet a multitude of needs, so CUSTOM ORDERS WELCOME !
